You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, session preparation instructions and any recordings or materials.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations affect other people waiting for sessions.

  • More than 48 hours notice: No fee.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% of session fee.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of session fee.

If you’re unwell or have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with you where I can to reschedule or offer online alternatives.

For prepaid packages: Unused sessions can be rescheduled with sufficient notice. Pro-rata refunds available for unused sessions (minus any cancellation fees).

Individual sessions: No refunds after the session starts.

  • Packages: Pro-rata refunds for unused sessions (after deducting any cancellation fees).
  • Deposits: Refundable with 48+ hours notice.

Refunds processed within 7 business days using original payment method.

Suicidal, bipolar, schizophrenia, psychotic episodes, uncontrolled epilepsy or anyone on anti psychotic medications. Please see your GP or psychiatrist or call Lifeline on 131114.

Many of my clients are on anti-depressants or on anxiety meds which is fine.
When in doubt please send me an email or call to discuss.

If you have been diagnosed with seizures we will need to evaluate in the first session how it impacts you.
